Comprehensive Strateg - Tier 3

Booking & Cancellation Policy: Must be booked at least one (1) week in advance. For scheduled meetings within this tier, no cancellations or refunds are possible within 48 hours. The 60% deposit is non-refundable once paid.

  1. Who it's for: Businesses ready for a deep dive – to rigorously assess their current strategy and collaboratively build a new, robust, and future-ready strategic plan that fully integrates global insights. This is for leaders who want ongoing strategic partnership.

  2. What it is: A comprehensive, collaborative engagement, with a maximum project engagement timeframe of six (6) weeks from the commencement of substantive work (typically after receipt of deposit and all initial necessary client information).

    1. Document Submission & Deep Dive Discovery: You'll share your key strategy documents (via the file upload feature upon scheduling or as otherwise directed). Examples of relevant documents include:

      • Overall Business Strategy / Strategic Plan

      • Financial Strategy (Note: This service involves a review of the strategy itself, not a detailed financial audit or review of financial statements/performance.)

      • Operations Strategy / Key Operational Plans

      • Market Analysis / Competitor Research

      • Organizational Structure Charts

      • Any other documents you deem critical to understanding your current strategic direction and future aspirations. We'll engage in initial deep dive conversations (via Google Meets) and a thorough review of your strategy, market position, and challenges.

    2. First Touch-Base Session (1-hour): After my initial review of documents and our discovery discussions, we will schedule a one-hour touch-base session. We will communicate via email to find a mutually agreeable time for this slot. Once agreed, I will book this session and send you a Google Meets invitation. This session is to confirm understanding, clarify initial findings, and set the stage for deeper analysis.

    3. Weekly Progress Updates & Feedback: Throughout the engagement, you will receive a detailed weekly email from me outlining progress, any emerging questions, and next steps. Your timely review and email reply confirming your understanding/agreement with the weekly progress (client sign-off) is crucial to ensure the project stays on track and aligned.

    4. Intensive Analysis & Insight Integration: Following the first touch-base and ongoing communication, I conduct extensive analysis, tailoring economic, geopolitical, and financial market insights directly to your industry, competitive landscape, and specific business model, identifying key gaps, risks, missed opportunities, and also highlighting inconsistencies and mismatches within your strategy documents (review limited to a maximum of three core strategy documents for this focused analysis, though broader context from other shared documents will be considered).

    5. Second Touch-Base Session (1-hour): Approximately one week after our first touch-base session (or as mutually agreed, fitting within the overall project timeline), we will have a second one-hour touch-base session. This session will focus on discussing the emerging themes from my analysis and refining the direction for the collaborative workshops. Booking will be coordinated via email.

    6. Collaborative Strategy Building Workshop (2-hour session): We work together through structured workshop sessions (via Google Meets). This includes a dedicated 2-hour workshop session focused on co-creation and drafting the strategic plan. Thanks to the weekly feedback loop and your sign-offs, the material discussed and drafted should be approximately 97% aligned with your expectations. This session is dedicated to discussing findings, challenging assumptions, making key refinements, and co-creating elements of your new or revised strategy. While this is the main meeting for significant adjustments, it is not intended for a complete restart or rework of all materials, as the iterative weekly feedback process is designed to prevent this.

    7. Final Presentation Session (1-hour): Approximately one week after the 2-hour workshop (or as mutually agreed), we will have a final 1-hour session where the finalized strategic plan document and key results are presented and discussed. Minor adjustments based on this discussion will be made via small iterative refinements; this is not an opportunity for a restart or complete rework of the strategy, as the weekly feedback process and previous workshop are designed to ensure alignment.

    8. Strategic Plan Documentation: I help you document a comprehensive, actionable strategic plan that reflects our work.

    9. Final Follow-up & Refinement (45-minute session): Approximately one week after the Final Presentation Session (or as mutually agreed), we will have a 45-minute follow-up call. This is your opportunity to ask clarifying questions on the delivered strategic plan or suggest specific refinements based on our previous sessions. Based on this call, one round of minor refinements to the strategic plan document will be made, with a maximum of one (1) hour dedicated to this refinement work. This is intended for fine-tuning specific points, not a complete rework of the analysis or deliverables. The final refined strategic plan will be delivered to you via email within three (3) working days after this session, provided all outstanding payments have been settled.

    10. Post-Project Support: Following the completion of the main strategy development and refinement, ad-hoc advisory support is available via our "Post-Project Advisory Hours" service, which can be booked separately via Acuity Scheduling (see details below).

  3. What you get:

    • Initial deep dive discovery conversations.

    • Two dedicated 1-hour touch-base sessions at key points in the analysis phase.

    • Weekly email progress updates requiring your email sign-off.

    • A thoroughly vetted understanding of your current strategic vulnerabilities, opportunities, inconsistencies, and mismatches (based on review of up to three core documents).

    • A detailed, bespoke strategic plan, co-created with your team, that is deeply informed by relevant global trends, presented and finalized across a 2-hour workshop and a final 1-hour presentation session.

    • A 45-minute final follow-up session and one subsequent round of minor refinements (max 1 hour of work) to the strategic plan.

    • Clarity and confidence in your business's future direction.

    • The benefit of my CGMA expertise ensuring the strategy is practical and financially sound.

  4. Think of this as: Having a dedicated strategic partner to help you not only design but also understand how to implement a truly world-class strategy within a defined project period, with structured check-ins, ongoing communication, and an opportunity for final refinements. Should you require ongoing support or retainer services beyond this 6-week engagement, this is available via our "Post-Project Advisory Hours" or can be discussed and negotiated separately for more extensive needs.

  5. Investment: Starting from USD $8,500 (60% non-refundable deposit required to commence; balance due within 5 working days after the "Final Follow-up & Refinement" session). Price varies based on scope.

How Our Process Works (For All Tiers):

My Strategic Advisory Services: Helping You Build a Stronger Future

I offer a tiered approach to ensure you get the precise level of strategic support your business needs. We'll always start with an initial call to understand your unique situation.

How Our Process Works (For All Tiers):

To make working together smooth and clear, here’s a simple overview of how things generally work:

  1. Starting Point - Tier 1 Call: Every engagement begins with a Tier 1: Strategic Kickstarter Call. This helps us see if we're a good fit and which service tier best suits your needs.

  2. Booking Your Call: You can book your call directly through the Acuity Scheduling link on my website.

    • Advance Booking: Please book all calls at least one (1) week in advance to allow for adequate preparation.

  3. Initial Information: As part of the scheduling process, you'll be asked to fill out a standard form. This gives me some initial information about your business and what you're looking for.

  4. Payment:

    • Tier 1: Full payment of USD $125 is required when you book your Tier 1 call.

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3: If we decide to proceed with Tier 2 or Tier 3 services after our initial call, a 60% deposit will be due upon agreement to start. The remaining 40% balance is payable within five (5) working days after our final scheduled call for that tier (specifically, after the "Final Follow-up & Refinement" session). Final deliverables will be provided once the balance payment is confirmed.

  5. Welcome & Next Steps: Once your booking (and payment for Tier 1) is confirmed, you'll receive a welcome email with any further instructions and confirmation of our meeting.

  6. File Uploads (For Tier 2 & Tier 3): If you're proceeding with Tier 2 or Tier 3, you'll have the option to securely upload relevant documents (like strategy papers or business plans) when you schedule these services. This helps me prepare effectively.

  7. Meeting Platform: All our meetings will be conducted via Google Meets.

  8. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

    • To respect each other's time, please note that no cancellations or refunds are possible within forty-eight (48) hours of our scheduled meeting for any tier.

    • If you need to reschedule before this 48-hour window, please do so via the link in your confirmation email.

    • Specific refund policies for deposits are detailed under each tier.

  9. Agreement to Terms: Before confirming any service, you'll be asked to confirm that you agree to the Service Agreement and General Terms & Conditions (which will be available for your review).

My aim is to make this process straightforward so we can focus on what matters most – helping you build a stronger strategy.

Q5: What platform do you use for meetings? A: All our meetings are conducted via Google Meets. You'll receive a link with your meeting confirmation.

Q6: What kind of documents might I need to provide for Tier 2 or Tier 3? A: For Tier 2 and Tier 3, you'll be asked to share relevant strategy documents. Examples include your overall Business Strategy/Strategic Plan, Financial Strategy documents (noting that we review the strategy, not perform a financial audit), Operations Strategy, market analysis, etc. The more relevant information you can provide, the more tailored the insights will be. Specifics will be discussed as part of the engagement.

Q7: How does the weekly feedback process work for Tier 2 and Tier 3? A: For Tier 2 and Tier 3 engagements, you will receive a detailed weekly email from me outlining my progress, any emerging questions, and the next steps. Your timely review and email reply confirming your understanding and agreement with this progress (client sign-off) is crucial. This iterative process helps ensure we remain aligned and that the main workshop/presentation sessions are highly productive and focused on refinement rather than major reworks.

Q8: What if I need changes after the main workshop/presentation session for Tier 2 or Tier 3? A: Both Tier 2 and Tier 3 include a "Final Follow-up & Refinement" 45-minute session. This is your opportunity to ask clarifying questions or suggest specific minor refinements. Based on this call, one round of minor refinements (maximum 1 hour of my time) will be made to the deliverables. This is for fine-tuning, not a complete rework, as the weekly feedback process is designed to ensure we are aligned throughout.

Q9: Can you guarantee the success of the strategy developed? A: While I am committed to providing the highest quality advisory services using my expertise and experience, I cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, results, or profits. Business success is influenced by many factors, including your team's execution, market conditions, and other variables beyond my direct control. My role is to help you develop a more robust and informed strategy. This is also detailed in our General Terms and Conditions.

Q10: What happens after a Tier 2 or Tier 3 project is completed if I need more help? A: After completing a Tier 2 or Tier 3 engagement, you can book "Post-Project Advisory Hours" at an hourly rate of USD $125. This service is available exclusively to past Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients for ad-hoc support, advice on implementation, or to discuss new developments. These can be booked via a dedicated link in Acuity Scheduling. For more extensive ongoing support, a separate retainer agreement can be discussed.

Q11: Where can I find your full General Terms and Conditions and Service Agreement? A: Links to these documents are available on our website, typically in the footer, and you will be required to agree to them during the booking process.

Q12: Who is Werner Mouton Consulting? A: Werner Mouton Consulting is the trading name of Get Rad (PTY) Ltd, a company registered in South Africa. I, Werner Mouton, am a CGMA with over 20 years of experience helping medium to large enterprises design robust strategies.
